Agents
Markup is added on top of your net rate before the agent sees it: Hotel, Transfer, Sightseeing / activity and Ferry. Leave a box empty to use the default from Settings ().
Hotel partners
Hotels register from the sign-in page and fill in their own details, rooms, rates and photos. Nothing goes live until you approve it. Agent markup (Hotel) is added on top of the hotel's rate.

Transport and activity suppliers
Suppliers register on the Partner login page (partners.html) and fill their cities, vehicles and rates or upload a rate sheet. Nothing goes live until you approve it. Agents see the supplier rate converted to INR plus their Transfer or Sightseeing markup, never the supplier name.
Exchange rates to INR
Supplier rates in other currencies are shown to agents in INR at these rates. A supplier whose currency has no rate here is not shown to agents.

Invite hotels
Paste hotels from your supplier database, one per line: Hotel name, phone, e-mail, city, state, contact person (phone or e-mail is enough). Or upload a CSV / Excel file with those columns. Each hotel gets a personal WhatsApp or e-mail invite with the register link.

Offer for new hotels
Your logo, contact, bank details, UPI QR and terms for each destination are set inside each quotation tool under "Branding & terms". Agents who choose APNA TRAVELS branding on their PDF get those details.
Daily backup
Every day the portal saves a full copy in one zip: all records (agents, quotes, bookings, payments, hotels, suppliers, visa files list), uploads, visa documents, supplier rate sheets and your Hotel Rate Master. The last 30 days are kept. A note goes to when it is done (when e-mails are on).

Without the cron job, the backup still runs once a day the first time the portal is used.
Restore: open database.sql from the zip in phpMyAdmin (Import). Put uploads/ and private/ back with File Manager.
Keep one copy outside the server: download the latest zip to your computer or Google Drive once a week.
Update the portal
Choose the update zip you got (for example apna-b2b-update-05.zip) and press Update now. The portal first keeps a safety copy of every file it replaces, then installs the new ones. config.php, the database, uploads, private documents and the Hotel Rate Master you uploaded are never touched. If something looks wrong, press Undo on that update.
